| History: | This league consists of two back-to-back events, the Thistle Event and the President's Bonspiel. Both events are open women's leagues. Players can put together their own team, or you can sign up as a single. The Thistle Event was originally named the Alice Fuldner Thistle Event, after Alice Kearney Fuldner, an early long-time curler at MCC. The President’s Bonspiel was created to honor all past Presidents of the Milwaukee Kilties. The thistle is the national flower of Scotland. |
